运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对为焊接特定曲线焊缝设计的焊接夹具进行优化设计。首先按照实际焊接过程,在夹具的合适位置施加力矩载荷和边界条件,通过ANSYS后处理功能分析夹具位移变化情况,继而对焊接夹具优化设计,为设计提供依据。 |

Abstract: |
This thesis adopts the method of FEA (finite element analysis) by use of ANSYS software to optimize the design of the fixtures for specifically curved welds in curved surface. Firstly, the moment loads and boundary conditions are set at the proper position of the fixture according to actual welding process. Then the design of FSW fixtures can be improved through the post-treatment analysing their deformation, which will also be shown as the references for the further research. |
