在借鉴日本丰田公司生产方式的基础上,提出并采用“拉动式”管理方式进行生产组织,同时结合约束理论,从突破生产中的瓶颈环节入手,采取生产资源配置调整、工艺流程优化、信息化技术应用等多种手段提高生产效率,探索出一条实现研制与批产有机结合的生产组织管理模式,确保了火箭发动机生产的进度和质量,提高了火箭发动机的批产能力。 |

Abstract: |
On the reference of Japan Toyota company production modes, pulling management is pointed out and used to production organization. The distribution and adjustment of production resources, process optimization and information technology are used to enhance productivity from the obstacles of production by combining theory of constraints. And a production organization management mode of research and batch production organic combination is searched out which could ensure rocket engine production schedule and quality but also increase batch-produced ability. |
