提出了双气浮测试转台的静压气体轴承技术原理,能够有效地提高轴承的支撑刚度及回转精度。通过有限元数值计算法得出了圆盘止推轴承及平板止推轴承的承载能力特性,并用Nastran软件对测试台进行结构静力分析,分析计算结果表明:轴承固有节流参数优化是合理的,能为轴承提供良好的负载范围,即使在重载条件下也不会产生大的形变,具有很好的工程实用价值,能够广泛用于航空航天高精密测试设备中。 |

This paper proposes a new scheme for aerostatic bearing to effectively increase the precision of large scale precision rotative benchmark. By finite element numerical value numeration, the inherent throttle bearing parameters are optimized and numerical value is calculated. The calculation results show that the optimization of bearing parameters is reasonable and can provide a good load range for realizing infinite stiffness for autonomous control bearing. Based on it, carrying capacity char-acteristics are presented for aerostatic bearing, and structure stastic force is analyzed through Nastran Finite Element software. Simulation and testing results show that the bearings exhibit good dynamic quality and higher rotational accuracy, and it does not produce big displacement in over loading. So the equipment can be broadly applied in high precision inertial testing equipment in aeronautics and astronautics. |
