针对数控机床定位精度检测,对激光干涉仪的测量原理、测量方法进行了分析。为了降低机床定位精度和重复定位精度误差,提出了区间分割补偿策略,对机床精度进行补偿。利用该补偿方法进行了误差补偿实验,实验结果表明该误差补偿策略原理正确、效果显著。 |

According to the detection of the positioning accuracy of CNC, the measuring principle and the measurement methods of laser interferometer are analyzed. In order to reduce the errors of positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, interval segmentation compensation is advanced to compensate the errors. Error compensation experiments are carried out to validate the method. The results show that the principle of method is correct and the method has good results. |
