直升机尾桨桨距操纵杆用于改变尾桨桨叶的倾斜角度,从而改变直升机的飞行方向,针对其在高周疲劳试验时提前断裂,对试验的过程与结果进行了宏观与微观分析,根据断裂面的疲劳特征,给出了相应的故障分析结论是与空刀槽圆角位置点存在较大的应力集中和空刀槽的加工刀痕有关,并制订了相应的改进措施。 |

Abstract: |
The operating lever in helicopter can change the inclination angle of the tail propeller blade, then change the flying direction of helicopter. According to the advanced rupture in high cycle fatigue test, the process and results were analyzed from the macroscopic and microcosmic aspects. The fatigue characteristics show that the faults are related to the stress concentration in fillet location point and the machining marks of the clearance groove. In addition, improvement measures were given out. |
