通过对低合金高强度钢HG785D的焊接性能及力学性能分析研究,掌握了该种钢的基本焊接性。试验数据分析表明,选用合理的焊接工艺,采用混合气体保护焊(80%Ar+20%CO2),选用武汉铁锚焊丝Φ1.2WH80-G,运用了合理的焊接规范,可获得良好的焊缝机械性能,实际应用中取得良好效果。 |

Abstract: |
This paper analyzed the welding performance and the mechanical performance of the low-alloy high-strength steel HG785D. The data show that the excellent mechanical performance of the welded-seam can be realized by using the reasonable weld technology and criterion, adopting mixed-gas(80%Ar+20%CO2)shielded welding and choosing Wuhan Anchor welding wire of Φ1.2WH80-G. And it obtained favorable effect in the practical application. |
