This thesis introduces the machine requirements, high-speed cutting tools, Computer Aid Make (CAM) and high-speed cutting technics. With the use of a practical example, it expatiates the application of high-speed cutting technology in the machining field. The thesis focuses on wind cooling dry cutting, high rotation speed, deep cutting feed, small cut depth and smooth cutting technics. |
