Forming principle of rudder baseplate and hot pressing molding structure are introduced. Based on the stress analysis for the mould, rudder baseplate molding problems of big size, high accuracy, complex shape and material difference value are solved by the use of non-flowing two-cavity hot pressing molding. Therefore this molding method is widely used in batch production. |
