采用拉伸、金相组织观察、SEM扫描等方法,研究了不同固溶对Mg-Gd-Y- Nd-Zr合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr合金经过510℃固溶处理后,样品中的伪共晶组织及偏析产物消失,但合金中残留粗大的富稀土粒子。合金经高温560℃固溶处理后,能基本消除晶界处的偏析,其塑性提高,延伸率提高50%。 |

Abstract: |
The effects of different solution-treatment conditions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr alloy are investigated by tensile test, OM and SEM measurement. The results show that, after solution treatment at 510℃, the pseudo eutectic structure disappeares with some RE shot leaving. After solution treatment at 560℃, segregation of grain boundary is basically eliminated to improve their plasticity and elongation increases by 50%. |
