采用喷射成形Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系超高强铝合金制造了“T”型接头锻件,利用Deform软件对成形过程中的温度场及材料的流动状态进行分析,并进行了试验验证,获得了合理的锻造工艺与最佳的热处理工艺,分析了成形后零件的力学性能。 |

Spray forming technology is applied for Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series of ultra high strength aluminum “T” type connector forgings. Temperature field and state of the material flow are analyzed by Deform software for the forming process, and a test verification is also conducted. Reasonable forging process and optimal heat treatment process are obtained, and mechanical properties after forming are analyzed as well. |
