| 介绍了固体火箭发动机用D406A钢前连接件的结构及组成，对其加工过程中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了相应的工艺措施，得到了合理的前连接件加工工艺方法，顺利实现了工件的批量生产。 |

| This paper presents the structure and the form of D406 steel front joint piece applied in solid rocket motor. It analyzes the problems in machining process and proposes the corresponding technological measures. The suitable machining methods for front joint piece are obtained, which fulfills the batch production. |
