Experimental researches are performed on the three different kinds of vacuum brazing jigs, and causes and amount of the distortion are analyzed. The jig structure of bolt compaction is improved and the distortion after brazing is ameliorated. The experiment confirms the exact range of clamp strength, and finally analyzes the strongpoint and shortage of the three types of vacuum brazing jigs. |
