| 对真空钎焊的三种类型的夹具进行试验研究，从机理上分析出变形的产生及变形量的大小，针对性地改进螺钉压紧式夹具结构，改善了焊后变形情况。试验得出适于复杂波导器件真空钎焊的夹紧力范围，并分析了三类夹具的优缺点。 |

| Experimental researches are performed on the three different kinds of vacuum brazing jigs, and causes and amount of the distortion are analyzed. The jig structure of bolt compaction is improved and the distortion after brazing is ameliorated. The experiment confirms the exact range of clamp strength, and finally analyzes the strongpoint and shortage of the three types of vacuum brazing jigs. |
