从三维数字化技术出发,描述了工艺三维数字化的发展趋势,以工艺三维数字化为研究对象,介绍了其概念、内容、核心技术及解决方案,并以某航天复杂构件为例,研究了工艺三维数字化在工序流程验证、工艺模型设计、三维工序图的实现方法,并通过加工仿真进行了验证。实践证明,三维数字化工艺能有效确保产品质量,并大幅缩短产品制造周期。 |

Starting from 3D digital technology, this paper describes the 3D digital trends in process planning, and its concept, content, core technology and solutions are presented. Taking complicated component as an illustration, 3D digital technology in the process of verification, the design of process model and 3D process drawings are studied. The results are verified by machining simulation. Practice proves that 3D digital process can help improve quality and shorten the manufacturing cycle. |
