对球形高压复合材料缠绕气瓶缠绕层结构进行了理论分析,并根据气瓶受力分析及其网格理论的计算方法,编制了一套计算软件程序,按此软件程序计算了气瓶缠绕层结构,利用ANSYS大型有限元程序建立气瓶缠绕层模型并进行了强度校核,经过鉴定试验分析,验证了气瓶缠绕层工艺结构设计的合理性。 |

Abstract: |
This paper gives a theoretical analysis on the winding layer’s construction of the spherical high-pressure composite material winding gas cylinder. According to the force analysis of the gas cylinder and its calculation method of the grid theory, a set of calculation software program is compiled. Based on the software program, the winding layer’s construction of the gas cylinder is calculated. By use of the large scale FEM program ANSYS, the model of the winding layers of the gas cylinder is firstly established and then its strength is checked. The verification analysis of the qualification test shows that the technological structure of the gas cylinder’s winding layers is rational. |
