通过焊接热模拟试验研究冷却速度对TG6钛合金焊接热模拟均温区组织性能的影响。结果表明:在空冷状态下均温区达到最佳的性能,随着冷却速度的增大,均温区的抗拉强度稍有提高,拉伸延伸率及断面收缩率没有明显变化;冲击韧性空冷达到最大值,水冷稍有下降;显微硬度随冷却速度增大而增加。 |

Abstract: |
It investigates the effect that cooling velocity makes on structure property of the welding imitate uniform temperature zone of TG6 titanium alloy by welding thermal simulation test. The result shows that the uniform temperature zone achieves its best performance under the condition of air cooling. As the cooling velocity becomes faster, the tensile strength of uniform temperature zone slightly increases, while the elongation and section contractibility have no obvious changes; impact toughness reaches to maximum under air cooling and slightly goes down under water cooling; microhardness increases along with the cooling velocity. |
