对采用碳化硅作为基体,碳纤维编织体作为复合增强材料的碳/碳化硅复合材料的性能进行了研究与验证。结果表明,该复合材料在常温下,弯曲强度大于350MPa,拉伸强度为190MPa,具有较好的抗氧化性。静力学环境下,产品的安全系数可达到3.7;固体发动机尾焰烧蚀条件下,质量损失率3%;电弧风洞烧蚀环境中,质量损失率0.3%,几乎零烧蚀。 |

Properties of C/SiC composite material which using SiC as matrix and carbon fiber knitting as strengthen are studied and verified. The results show that, at normal temperature, the bending strength is more than 350MPa, the tensile strength is 190MPa, and it has good oxidation resistance. In static environment, the safety coefficient of the product can reach 3.7; in solid rocket motor exhaust plume ablation, mass loss rate is 3%; in electric arc wind tunnel erosion environment, mass loss rate is 0.3%, almost zero ablation. |
