| 分析了导弹型号产品在研制、批产过程中的特点，提出了研制、批产过程中精细化质量管理的重点环节。从设计、工艺、外协、检验等角度出发，对相关过程中容易忽视而又极其重要的问题进行了分析、归纳。结合型号技术管理和行政管理的经验和教训，透过大量实例，提出了导弹型号产品在研制、批产过程中的质量控制方法。 |

| In this paper, the characteristics of trail-production and batch-production were analyzed, and its important links in the process of refined quality management were put forward. Some important but easily neglected problems were analyzed and induced from the view of design, process, test and purchasing. Combining the experiences and lessons from the management of technology and administration, control methods on quality management of trail-production and batch-production were introduced. |
