对Φ8mm 2A10铝合金铆钉进行了电磁铆接放电电压和预制孔径影响工艺试验研究,针对沉头和圆头铆钉电磁铆接和气动铆接的接头进行宏观剪切试验、拉脱试验和微观形貌对比分析。结果表明,在电压380V、预制孔径8.2mm匹配条件下得到满足技术要求的铆接接头,其力学性能和微观形貌均优于常规气动铆接接头。 |

The experimental investigations on the effects of discharging voltage and diameter of pre-drilled hole on electromagnetic riveting (EMR) of Φ8mm 2A10 aluminum alloy rivet were performed. The shear test, pull-out test and micro pattern observation of the bonds with countersunk head rivet and round head rivet by the EMR and the pneumatic riveting were conducted. The results show that the EMR bonds satisfying the technological requirements are obtained under voltage 380V, Φ8.2mm pre-drilled hole. The mechanical property and micro pattern of the EMR bonds are better than those of pneumatic riveting bonds. |
