以生石灰为原料制备纳米碳酸钙粒子,用透射电镜、粒度分析仪、X射线衍射光谱分析纳米碳酸钙粒子,考察纳米碳酸钙粒子的加入对环氧树脂胶粘剂剪切强度的影响,并分析纳米碳酸钙粒子提高胶粘剂剪切强度的原因。结果表明:纳米碳酸钙粒子提高了环氧树脂胶粘剂体系的剪切强度,表面处理对于缓解纳米粒子的团聚作用效果显著,水煮后纳米碳酸钙环氧树脂胶粘剂剪切强度降低。 |

Abstract: |
Nano-calcirm carbonate particle was made from calcirm oxide. TEM was used to check the nano-particles. Shear strength of the adhesive was tested with nano-particles. XRD was a method to analyse the reason for improving the shear strength. The results showed that the shear strength decreased with the mass increasing of nano-particles because of reuniting. Surface treatment increased the shear strength. While the shear strength decreased after boiling. |
