| Through analyzing the characteristics of the managing work of the scientific and technical files in the “double-track pricing system” time, this essay elaborates that in the special time, the managing of the scientific and technical files need not only inherit from the traditional file-managing way, but also adapt to and develop the managing methods of the electronic files in the tend of modernization. This article proves that the managing of the scientific and technical files shall develop in the modern way on the base of the traditional managing way at this stage through some cases. |
