概述了镍钛铪高温形状记忆合金薄膜的研究状况,介绍了该合金薄膜的制备及热处理工艺,重点阐述了晶化特性、相变行为、显微结构、表面特性、形状记忆效应及力学行为,并对其相应的微观机理做了分析,最后指出了当前研究中存在的问题及将来的发展前景。 |

Abstract: |
The development of Ni-Ti-Hf high temperature shape memory alloy thin films is reviewed in this paper. The fabrication process and thermal treatment method are introduced. Besides, the characteristics of crystallization, phase transformation behavior, microstructure, surface properties, shape memory effect and mechanical behavior are focused on, and its corresponding microscopic mechanism is also analyzed. Finally, the paper points out the problems and development prospects of Ni-Ti-Hf shape memory alloy thin films. |
