设计新型稀土镁合金EW75M(Mg-5.0Y-7.0Gd-1.3Nd-0.5Zr)的多因素正交切削实验,获得切削速度vc、每齿进给fz及切削深度ap三因素影响下的切削力参数,通过数据处理和线性回归分析,建立切削力的数学模型,检验回归关系和系数的显著性,进行正交试验结果的直观分析。研究表明:ap和fz与切削力呈正相关关系,影响高度显著,vc对切削力的影响先正后负,在vc=400m/min附近出现“临界速度”;在实际加工中可以通过提高主轴转速减小切深控制切削力。 |

The multiple factor orthogonal experiment is used to design the experiment of milling EW75M (Mg-5.0Y-7.0Gd-1.3Nd-0.5Zr) alloys, from which the cutting forces influenced by cutting parameters such as speed, feed and depth of cut are collected. After data process, the relationship between the cutting forces and cutting parameters is given by regression analysis, which also tests the validation of the cutting model and factors of cut, followed by analysis of orthogonal experimental curves. It is concluded that depth of cut and feed per teeth are the main influence factors on primary cutting forces, which promote enhancement of cutting forces, while the cutting forces reach maximum when the speed of cut is equal to about 400m/min; the cutting parameter of high spindle speed and small cutting depth should be adopted so as to decrease the cutting forces. |
