分析了碳纤维复合材料产品在实际生产过程中发生的变形问题,指出产品的变形是由于材料中存在残余应力而引起的。为了提高碳纤维复合材料产品的精度及稳定性,促进其在空间遥感器上的应用,对消除该材料残余应力的方法进行了探讨,提出了可采用振动时效的方法来消除碳纤维复合材料中的残余应力。 |

This paper considers that deformation of the carbon fiber composite is induced by residual stress, and discusses methods of residual stress relief. It is proposed that vibratory stress relief can be used for relieving residual stress in carbon fiber composite. |
