基于航天产品热待机剩余寿命难以实时预测的需要,提出步进加速寿命试验设计过程、基于双应力数据处理的剩余寿命实时在线预测技术,给出加速试验中加速模型的确立及试验的优化设计,研究了实时剩余寿命预测的样本开关机对热待机寿命影响的数学模型,最后给出了具体的在线预测热待机剩余寿命的处理过程和实施步骤。 |

Abstract: |
Remaining life of aerospace product on standby model is difficult to predict real-time. To meet the need, this paper introduces the process to design step acceleration life test, proposes the method of remaining life prediction based on real-time data processing, offers the establishment of acceleration models, the optimization of experiments and the foundation of mathematical model about samples’ switching during the real-time prediction. At last it offers a set of methods to assess the remaining life of aerospace product on standby model. |
