| 分析了某石化产业用镍基高温合金闭式叶轮的加工工艺过程，提出了利用多轴联动数控电火花加工机床进行加工的工艺方案，介绍了复杂成型电极的设计与加工工艺过程，给出了实现高效加工的工艺方法，同时也介绍了闭式叶轮流道磨粒流加工工艺技术。 |

| Abstract: |
| The machining process of the closed impeller used in a petrochemical industry with a nickel-based superalloy was analyzed. The processing method of multi-axis CNC EDM was put forward. The design and machining process for the complex forming electrode was introduced and a high efficient machining process was given. AFM technology of the passageway of closed impeller was introduced also. |
