以某弹用涡扇发动机滑油箱为研究对象,开展了薄壁防锈铝合金结构变极性TIG焊接技术研究。针对铝合金焊接过程中易出现的焊接热输入大、焊接变形大,且易出现气孔缺陷等问题,开展了一系列工艺试验,并结合有限元计算,通过采取接头形式设计、焊前预热、焊接工装装夹、变极性TIG焊工艺参数优化等工艺措施,得到了满足要求的优质焊接接头,为后续型号的研制及生产提供了技术保障。 |

In the paper, VPTIG welding procedure of thin-walled aluminum alloy was studied, taking a certain turbine engine oil tank as the research object. A series of technological measures, such as change of joint form, weld preheating, rigid fastening and welding process optimization, were developed through welding process experiments and numerical simulation. The joint of oil tank was achieved, laying a solid foundation for subsequent model production. |
