采用砂型铸造方法,制备了不同Gd含量Mg-Gd-Y-Zr系合金,研究了不同Gd含量对Mg-Gd-Y-Zr系合金室温和高温力学性能、显微组织、阻尼行为的影响。结果表明:当Gd含量达到10%时,室温抗拉强度(T6)达到360MPa,延伸率为4.5%,GW123K合金脆性增加;合金200℃时抗拉强度(T6)仍达到300MPa;低Gd含量的阻尼值高于高Gd含量,GW103K应变振幅ε=0.15×10-2时,Q-1约为0.027。 |

In order to improve the heat resistance of the magnesium alloy, the different content of Gd of Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy was prerared. And the influence of the different content of Gd to the mechanical properties at room and high temperature and microstructure and damping behavior was researched. The results show that the room temperature tensile strength reached to 360MPa and the elongation reached to 4.5% when Gd content is 10%, but the brittleness of GW123K increased. The high temperature tensile strength still reached to 300MPa at 200℃. Damping properties of the low content is higher than the high content of Gd. When the strain amplitude (ε) of GW103K is 0.15, Q-1 is about 0.027. |
