针对设计温度为-253℃、设计压力为17.7 MPa高压液氢贮存容器的设计、方案确定、加工制造等方面进行了详细介绍。容器承压结构为单层厚壁板卷,其绝热方式采用液氮夹套预冷屏和外堆积绝热的形式,目前该容器已成功完成了多次发动机的试验任务。 |

Abstract: |
This text introduces a high pressure liquid hydrogen vessel’s design, plan, manufacture etc which the design temperature is -253℃ and design pressure is 17.7MPa. The pressure bearing structure is one layer, insulation is LN2 precooling screen and the outer packing insulation. This vessel is successfully designed and applied in china. |
