振动红外热像法是红外无损检测的一个新的分支,相对于传统红外无损检测方法,有着检测深度较深,易于检测紧贴微裂纹等优点。通过对振动红外热像法比较被认可的一种产热机理进行阐述,重点研究了激振频率等条件对缺陷处产热功率的影响,并以减背景算法为热像处理方式对铝合金薄板裂纹的振动红外无损检测实验结果进行处理。 |

Abstract: |
Vibrothermography is one of the most important techniques in infrared thermographic NDT. Compared with traditional method of NDT, vibrothermography has an advantage in deep defect detection and close crack-type defect detection. By means of elaborating one causation of producing heat of vibrothermography which is widely accepted, emphasizing on research on factors of power of producing heat in detection such as exciting frequency, and using subtracting background method to process the data obtained form testing of flaw in sheet of aluminum alloy in vibrothermography. |
