| 针对直径2m以上的大直径弧形结构件中不锈钢薄蒙皮焊接变形大的情况，认真分析蒙皮焊接变形的主要原因，明确了采取反变形及改变焊接装配顺序等工艺措施，并最终制定了解决方案。有效解决了困扰多年的工艺技术难题，攻克了蒙皮焊接变形的技术瓶颈，为同类产品的应用提供了可靠的依据。 |

| The author points out the butt joint welding deformation of the stainless steel skin. The main cause of stainless steel skin butt joint deformation is analysised carefully. Then the important cause of the welding deformation is analyzed. The technology measures of overcoming the deformation and changing the welding assembly sequence are introduced. The final settlements are made. The technology problem over a long period of time is solved effectively. Moreover, the technology bottleneck of welding deformation is overcame, which gives the support for the usage of same products. |
