制备了一种耐高温的环氧树脂研磨密封材料,该材料采用液体酸酐作为固化剂,石墨和端羟基液体丁腈橡胶作为增韧剂。研究了原材料和制备工艺对研磨密封材料的磨耗性和力学性能的影响,测试结果表明,这种功能材料具有高强度、高韧性、良好的耐高温冲击性能和磨耗性,可用于制造涡喷发动机用封气环。而且,制备工艺影响这种材料的热膨胀系数、硬度和可磨削性。 |

Abstract: |
Preparing one kind of epoxy resin that endure high temperature to sealing stuff, which adopts the liquid acid anhydride as the solidifying agent, adopts the graphite and hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber as toughner. The effect of raw material and preparation technology on the abradability and mechanical properties of this stuff. The testing results showed that this kind of meritorious service capacity stuff has high strength, high toughness, good temperature shock properties, good abradability, and has been used to produce the sealing-circle in turbojet engine. But also, the manufactures technology can affect the temperature exparsion coefficient, hardness, grinding quality of that stuff. |
