对国内首台用于运载火箭铆接舱体的自动钻铆装备及技术进行了系统研究。研究发现,自动钻铆技术能够用于大型薄壁舱体的整体钻铆装配,实现钻孔、送钉、压铆的工艺复合及其自动化;编程及仿真系统能够快速、有效地完成加工程序的生成及验证。在此基础上,通过工艺研究与产品的试制,自动钻铆装配能够提高制孔及铆接效率6倍以上,钻铆质量满足设计要求。 |

In this paper, the automatic drilling-riveting equipment and technology which has been first adopted in the cabin of a launch vehicle, are presented. Tests have shown that the automation monolithic-assembly of the large thin-wall cabin has been fully achieved. The three separated procedures (drilling, delivering and riveting) could now be highly integrated into one modular task. Simulations are also conducted to facilitate the generation of the protocol for a practical system. The results indicate the manufacturing process has been 6 times more efficient than the one without automatic drilling-riveting technology. Furthermore, product quality can meet the design specifications. |
