为了解决某装备手动电气导通测试速度慢、可靠性低的问题,采用PXI总线和LabVIEW软件,设计了一个基于虚拟仪器技术的自动导通台。对导通台的组成结构、测试原理及软件的各个模块进行了具体说明。自动导通台的应用,能够提高装备电气导通的通用化水平和自动化程度,同时也能有效提高测试数据的可靠性。 |

An automatic conductive equipment was designed based on virtual instrument technology, PXI bus and LabVIEW software, for the low speed and credibility of traditional manual conductive measurement. The constitution of hardware and software, principle of measurement were detailed discussed in this paper. Automatic and universal levels were improved for the usage of the equipment. And the credibility of measurement data was also improved. |
