选区激光熔化成形技术具有制造精度高、表面质量好以及能够实现悬空、复杂内腔和型面等复杂构件的整体制造等特点,是满足航空航天领域中复杂薄壁精密构件高精度、高性能、高柔性与快速反应的理想制造方法。本文对国外选区激光熔化成形技术在航空航天领域的应用以及技术发展方向进行了分析。 |

Abstract: |
Selective laser melting can manufacture complex geometries structures with thin walls and hidden voids or channels without tools or mould, for difficult-to-machine materials. It provides a high efficiency, high-quality, flexible manufacturing technique for manufacturing components in aerosapce fields. The current status and the trends of of selective laser melting for aerospace applications in abroad were analysed. |
