| 摘要: |
| 对粉末镍基高温合金FGH4586采用不同热等静压工艺成形后的力学性能进行测试,并对其显微组织进行分析。结果表明,对于FGH4586粉末冶金镍基高温合金,采用1200℃、140MPa保温3h的热等静压成形,合金完全致密,密度达到8.38g/cm3,能够使碳化物在合金晶内和晶界均匀析出,获得均匀的组织和较佳综合力学性能的合金。 |

| Abstract: |
| The microstructure and properties of the P/M superalloy FGH4586 by different HIPed are studied. The results show that the alloy can be completely dense as 8.38g/cm3 after 1200℃/140MPax3h HIPed and achieve the better mechanical property with evenly distributed microstructure. |
