根据大型紧缩场在装调过程中可能遇到的环境影响因素,提出了通过修正装调基准来解决这一问题。为简化坐标变换,使用一种空间向量进行旋转矩阵的参数化表示,并据此提出了用公共点转化方法和型面匹配方法进行装调基准的修正。通过工程实践表明,采用型面最优匹配的方法计算坐标系的修正量精度更高,使用这种方法修正装调基准保证了装调工作的顺利进行,优化了装调工艺过程。 |

Based on the environmental factors that would affect the alignment work, a method of revising the assemblage and adjustment benchmark was presented. In the coordinates conversion, the rotation matrix was made up of a space vector to simplify calculation, and according to this, coordinates transformation with common points and surface best-fit was presented to revise the assemblage and adjustment benchmark. Engineering practice showed that the way of surface best-fit, which optimize the alignment processing, had higher precision, and this method made sure that the work went on smoothly. |
