By analyzing the structural characteristics and key technical difficulties of the azimuth bracket part, the reasonable process, fixing method, cutting parameters and transmutation controlling measures were confirmed. The casting method were changed to the integrative numerical control machining methods, and the machining efficient was remarkably improved. |
