针对纤维缠绕复合材料气瓶开展了声发射检测试验研究,结合气瓶的纤维缠绕工艺特点对其“自紧”及液压强度试验过程中的声发射信号特征进行了分析,初步提出相关的声发射检测评定准则,为纤维缠绕复合材料气瓶的质量评定提供一定的参考依据。 |

Abstract: |
The filament-wound composite gas cylinders were tested by acoustic emission. The characteristics of acoustic emission signal which were produced during the filament-wound composite gas cylinders “self-tightening” and hydraulic strength testing were analyzed. Acoustic emission testing assessment methods of filament-wound composite gas cylinders were initially proposed in this paper, and the results would give a reference to quality evaluation for acoustic emission testing of filament-wound composite gas cylinders. |
