针对电铸成型的汽蚀管在液流试验的过程中出现的起皮现象,使用体视显微镜观察了剖切形貌,使用扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析仪分析了失效部位的成分。结果表明,起皮处的镍层存在分层现象,表面镍层结晶细致,但内层镍层疏松,疏松层中有铝的氧化物,所以芯模的腐蚀是造成电铸镍层起皮的主要原因,通过对芯模单独包装并增加一道除油工序可有效缓解电铸镍层起皮问题。 |

Analysis of Peeling on Electroforming Parts Surface |

Abstract: |
Peelings were found on the surface of the pipe which was formed by nickel-electroforming in liquid flowing test. The stereomicroscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) were used to study the reason. The result showed that, slices were found in nickel coating on the peeling part where the nickel coating was smooth and compact outside while loosen inside. Alumina oxid was also found in the loosen coating. The main reason of the peeling was the corrosion of the pattern. Advice, which the pattern should be packed separately and the additional alkaline degreasing was also needed, was also given to avoid same problem in production. |
