研究了一种适用于缠绕工艺的耐160℃环氧树脂,热变形温度达到了172℃,30℃下7h后其粘度仅为850mPa·s,其碳纤维复合材料综合性能优异,制备的Φ400mm缠绕壳体成功通过了常温和160℃下的爆破试验。目前该树脂也在Φ1200mm壳体上得到了应用。 |

A high temperature resistance up to 160℃ epoxy resin system for the filament winding process?is studied in this paper, the matrix heat distortion temperature is 172℃, viscosity of this resin is only about 850mPa·s after 7h at 30℃.Its carbon fiber composite has great mechanical performance and is succeeded in the Φ400mm filament winding solid rocket motor blasting experiment both at room temperature and 160℃. Now this resin also has been used in Φ1200mm filament winding solid rocket motor. |
