2219铝合金在蠕变时效过程中,随时效时间的增加,抗拉强度及屈服强度在开始6h内增加较快,这主要是由于位错强化和时效强化的共同作用,超过6h后,由于位错密度趋于恒定,位错强化作用减弱,时效析出的粒子也逐渐形成稳定相,抗拉强度及屈服强度值增加缓慢,但绝对值仍保持增加。在此过程中,延伸率逐渐下降。 |

In the process of creep ageing, the ultimate tensile strength and the yield stress of aluminium alloy 2219 increase quickly in the first 6h. This effect is due to the cooperation of dislocation and age. After 6h, the effect of the dislocation become weak because of the stable density, and the precipitate become to form stable phase, the value of the ultimate tensile strength and the yield stress increase slowly, but the absolute value keep on increasing. Meanwhile, the value of the elongation decrease gradually. |
