针对嫦娥三号月球探测器测控天线紧缩场测试的复杂姿态需求,结合RM测试系统,详细分析了测控天线的测试需求,提出了协同设计思路,并应用于测控天线紧缩场内测试调姿方案和地面支持设备的协同设计中,开展了地面支持设备的详细设计。工程应用表明,测控天线测试调姿方案和地面支持设备的协同设计效果良好,有效地实现了各类天线RM试验不同测试位姿需求,大幅提高了设计效率以及装配工艺性。 |

Abstract: |
The gesture setting on compact TT&C antenna test range (CATR) of Chang’E-3 lunar Probe is complex. With RM test system, the particular requirement of the test is analysed. Collaborative design is proposed and applied in scheme of setting gesture in TT&C antenna testing and design of mechanic ground support equipment (MGSE),then MGSE is designed. The project application results indicate that the collaborative design between scheme of setting gesture in TT&C antenna testing and design of MGSE works well. Different testing gesture requirements of all kinds of antennas can be realized. The efficiency of design and the implement of assembling are greatly enhanced. |
