摘要: |
针对航天板类零件多品种、小批量、改型多、数控编程效率低等特点,提出一种基于特征的快速数控编程技术。以航天板类零件特征定义为基础,通过基于全息属性面边图的特征识别技术,获取航天板类零件的加工特征,结合现有典型工艺知识,实现航天板类零件加工特征自动工艺决策,快速生成航天板类零件的数控加工刀轨。结果表明,该技术大幅提升了航天板类零件的编程效率,提高了编程质量,同时为航天板类零件数控编程的标准化提供了新思路。 |

According to the characteristics of multi variety, small batch, much remodel and low efficiency of NC programming, this paper presents a feature based rapid NC programming method for aerospace plate parts. Based on the defined features, processing features of aerospace plate parts are obtained by feature recognition Holistic Attributed Adjacency Graph automatically. Automatic process planning of processing features are implemented by combining with the typical process knowledge. Finally, the NC machining tool path of aerospace plate parts will be generated rapidly. The results show that the feature-based rapid NC programming technology is able to improve the efficiency and the quality of programming and also provides a new idea for the standardization of NC programming for aerospace plate parts. |
