针对2A14/5A06异种铝合金焊接工艺性,分析了焊接接头力学性能和接头组织情况,此类接头力学性能可达230MPa至250MPa,断裂位置集中在靠近5A06一侧焊缝上。但当接头应力较大时,在2A14一侧易产生焊接裂纹。当接头两侧母材壁厚差异较大时,薄壁一侧接头晶粒粗化显现更为明显。 |

Dissimilar aluminum alloys of 2A14/5A06 are welded, and the properties and microstructure are studied. The results show that the strength of the weld joints are 230MPa to 250MPa, and the fracture positions are concentrated near the side of 5A06. Welding cracks mostly initiate near the fusion line at the size of 2A14 when the stress of the weld joint is too large. Gains coarsen is more evident at the thin side of the weld joint when the difference of two side weld joint thickness is too large. |
