设计了基于CCD视觉传感的焊缝背面熔宽控制系统,获得了清晰的焊缝背面图像,通过图像处理提取了背面熔宽特征参数,并以熔宽和熔宽的变化量作为输入,实时调整焊接电流,保证焊缝背面熔宽均匀一致,从而确保焊缝质量的稳定性。该技术已成功应用于运载火箭贮箱的焊接,效果良好。 |

A CCD visual sensing system is designed to obtain clear back image and control bead width. By image processing, the back bead width is acquired as a characteristic parameter. The parameter and its variables are input so as to adjust welding current and keep uniformity of bead width. The stability of seam quality is ensured as a consequence. This technology is successfully applied in launch vehicle tank manufacture and the effect is prominent. |
