对某产品底盘中后梁组装、焊接工艺改进进行了总结分析,该工艺可有效提高后梁组装的安装精度,有效控制焊接变形,保证各安装尺寸和形位公差精度要求,从而避免举升油缸在带动举升臂举升及回抱过程中承受侧向力,通过该工艺改进的应用,大大提高了产品质量和可靠性,同时降低工人劳动强度,提高工作效率。 |

The assembly and welding process improvements are analyzed for a chassis back rest. The process can effectively improve the installation precision of back rest assembly, control the welding deformation, and ensure the precision requirements of installation dimension and geometric tolerance, so as to avoid the lateral force of the lifting cylinder in the lift of the lifting arm during the process of lift and return. The process improvement greatly improves quality, reliability and efficiency, and reduces the worker labor intensity at the same time. |
