简要介绍了电子束熔丝成形的技术特点及应用,通过对TC18高强钛合金电子束熔丝成形技术变形控制、缺陷控制和力学性能调控三大关键技术的研究,概述了该成形技术在TC18钛合金结构成形中的最新研究进展;总结了工程应用中存在的问题,归纳出电子束熔丝成形技术发展中存在的一些主要基础科学问题。 |

The technical characteristics and applications of electron beam wire deposition (EBWD) are briefly reviewed. The research status of TC18 high strength titanium alloy build by EBWD are introduced by the studies on the three key technologies containing deformation control, defects control and regulation of mechanical properties. The main basic scientific issues existing in the development of EBWD technology are also concluded by summarizing the problems in engineering application. |
