介绍了航天大功率器件的钽皮抗辐照加固工艺过程。针对功率器件底部散热型和顶部散热型的不同特点,分别设计有针对性的加固方式,在确保抗辐照加固效果的同时兼顾产品的散热需求。通过温度循环和剪切力试验对粘固效果进行验证,确认了抗辐照加固的高质量和高可靠。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces the resist-radiation hardening process of tantalum sheet used on different occasions of high-power electronic components. The methods of resist-radiation hardening are respectively designed based on the different characteristics of top heat-dissipation method and bottom heat-dissipation method of components for both effects and thermal requirments. The result is verified by temperature cycling test and shearing test to make sure the high quality and reliability of the resist-radiation hardening of components. |
