研究了国产BHM3碳纤维原材料性能,制备了BHM3碳纤维/环氧648复合材料单向板结构,并将国产BHM3碳纤维应用到卫星结构件中。结果表明,国产BHM3碳纤维原材料拉伸强度为3100MPa,拉伸模量为400GPa;BHM3碳纤维/环氧648复合材料制备过程中工艺性良好,力学性能稳定;BHM3碳纤维卫星结构件的质量良好,均能够满足要求。 |

Studied the performance of BHM3 carbon fiber, manufactured the unidirectional composites used BHM3 carbon fiber/epoxy 648, and applied the BHM3 carbon fiber in satellite structure. The results show that, the tensile strength of BHM3 carbon fiber is 3100MPa, and the tensile modulus is 400GPa. The manufacturability of BHM3 carbon fiber is well, and the mechanical properties are stability. The quality of the satellite structure is good, and can satisfy the requirements. |
