针对芯模表面划伤修复难题,在超声强化可靠性分析和试验基础上,通过设计制造专用刀架,将超声刀具安装于专用刀架上对芯模进行表面强化。经实施验证,超声表面强化新技术可以修复芯模表面划伤,提高芯模表面硬度和耐磨性,特别是对大直径芯模的返修简便易行。 |

For the problem of the core mold surface scratch repair, on the basis of ultrasonic strengthening reliability analysis and test, the ultrasonic tool are installed on the special tool carrier to strengthen the mold surface by designing special tool rest. After implementation and validation, the new technology of ultrasonic surface can repair surface scratch, improve surface hardness and wear resistance of the mold, especially for large diameter mold. |
